General Design is the architect for several phases of Fairfield Resort. Construction is complete on both phases. Fairfield at the Meadows consists of 12 condominium buildings with a total of 96 units. Also designed for the Meadows phase was a clubhouse with indoor pool, 2 exterior amenity areas totaling 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, horseshoe pits. and a tot lot. Adjacent to the amenities area we designed a 6000 sq.ft. open air pavilion. The second phase is Fairfield Mountain Vista. The firm designed 19 buildings for a total of 146 units. Also designed for the Mountain Vista phase was a 13000 sqft. clubhouse/sales center with indoor pool, 2 exterior amenity areas totaling 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tot lots, horseshoe pits and a basketball court
