The French Quarter is unique
in that it is located directly on Highway 76, the "strip." General
Design produced construction drawings and designs for the
condominium buildings and the amenities areas. Already constructed
are 3 condominium buildings and an amenity area. The condominium
buildings have 4 stories of 16 units with lockouts. Our firm
produced drawings for 9 additional condominium buildings which are
in the construction phase. Recently completed drawings detail a
clubhouse with indoor/outdoor pool. The already constructed
amenities area includes three pools, a hot tub, tot lot,
shuffleboard court and volleyball court.
