With a booming tourist industry,
Spinnaker Resorts contacted General Design to produce the site
planning and architecture for their Palace View resort in Branson.
The resort design consists of 3 phases, of which the first is
complete, the second is under construction and the third is in the
planning stages. |
The first phase consists of five 4 story buildings containing 64
units. Each unit is designed as either a one or two bedroom unit
with lockout. The clubhouse is a 7,500 square foot two story
structure, with indoor pool and recreation areas. A 9,500 square
foot pool and sundeck area is adjacent to the clubhouse. |
The second phase is being constructed on a 13 acre parcel
adjacent to phase one. Recently completed is a 15,000 square foot
welcome and check in center. |
At Palace View, guests can enjoy a peaceful, luxurious setting
while only moments away from Branson area attractions. This resort
offers a first class amenity area, including an outdoor swimming
pool, sauna, wading pool, game room and exercise equipment on site.
The resort is situated in Branson, yet minutes away from Table Rock
Lake and the headwaters of Lake Taneycomo. Branson is known for live
entertainment shows, theme parks, outlet shopping, and golf.
